With almost 15 years in education, Dr. Mitchell has served in many capacities ranging from District Leadership to Building Leadership. Whether she was a District Leader, a Principal, or an Assistant Principal, Dr. Mitchell has been known for not only transforming the climate and the culture of the schools under her guidance, but she is also directly responsible for creating numerous mentoring programs renowned for resulting in higher academic growth, higher academic achievement, and lowered discipline for all schools and students involved.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Indianapolis, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Purdue University, Dr. Mitchell is ready to assist in making sure that your child can meet his/her full academic potential, INSIDE & OUTSIDE of the classroom.
