For your convenience, we have listed each document needed to begin services below!

1. A transcript of the child's current & previous grades

2. A copy of your child's iReady and/or ACAP test scores

3. ​Current & previous school work he/she is struggling with.

​​

These items can be retrieved from your child's school and shared with us via email or brought in person.

Our policy

• Attendance is required in order for a child to be successful.

• Children must arrive on time & be picked up on time in order for all necessary learning to occur.

• Any student who displays destructive or severely disruptive behavior will be dismissed from the program.
